Naro Vajrayogini Statue, Beautifully Handcarved Dakini Of Wisdom
Naro Vajrayogini Statue represents the Dakini of wisdom. The outstretched right leg of Vajrayogini steps on the breast of Kalarati, the worldly goddess. Her bowed left leg steps on black Bhairawa, the world's most powerful god. Vajrayogini treads on Kalarati and Bhairawa to show that she has abolished her attachments, hatred, and ignorance and demonstrate that she is free of samsara's dread and can bring all living creatures to the same liberation.
Vajrayogini's glowing red body is ablaze with the heat of the yogic fire and circled with the flames of wisdom. Her dancing, leaping, and soaring poses proclaim that she is fully alive and joyously free. Her flowing hair and swaying bone ornaments ripple on the currents of her swirling energy field. Vajrayogini never parts from her brimming skull cup, ever slaking her thirst for primordial ecstasy, which is not ordinary pleasure but the innate bliss that pulses at the core of every being and is the birthright of all living beings.
