24K Gold-Gilded Dzambhala Sculpture
An expert artist based in Kathmandu crafted this Dzambhala Sculpture, the Wealth deity in our studio. In the statue, we have depicted the deity with an eye-piercing gaze, sitting with his right leg drawn in and his left leg out to the side. His mustache and eyebrows are highlighted with acrylics, and a Bodhisattva's crown is placed on his head. His most distinctive characteristic is his mongoose Nehulay, which he carries in his left hand. Nehulay, constantly spewing priceless diamonds, symbolizes Dzambhala's victory against the nagas (snakes). There are therapeutic citron fruits at the statue's base and in his right hand, which can reduce fever. To mold the figurine, we used copper. Onto which we hand-carved intricate design patterns. We used a hammer and small chisels to hand-carve the intricate design patterns. To do delicate carvings, artists must have decades of experience as he has to create intricate design patterns on a small surface area. Then we gilded using genuine 24K gold. The further polishing of the figurine gives an excellent shine. This piece of art weighs about 13.03 kg, and it took us months and months of hard work and dedication to complete the statue.
This statue of Wealth Deity has accurate traditional iconography and fine details and will be a perfect gift to a devotee like you from Nepal.

Jambala was born many eons ago in the world known as Hoetzer Jyapa, which means "a hundred light rays." Famines, natural disasters, and wars were unheard of in this region of enormous abundance. In this most fortunate realm, the Buddha Nime Shel spread Mahayoga teachings. Jambala hoped he would be reborn as a god of wealth throughout this wealthy life, with the noble goal of helping the poor and unfortunate.
