This exquisite Golden Guru Rinpoche statue stands 13.8” (35 cm) tall with a base width of 10” (25.5 cm), weighing 5.05 kg. Handcrafted from a copper body and adorned with 24K gold gilding and intricate gold and acrylic paintings, it reflects the artistry of skilled Nepali artisans. Covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding and carved with deeply engraved details that produce a magnificent 3D-like effect, this piece embodies both luxury and devotion. Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, is depicted seated in lotus posture (padmāsana). He wears a lotus hat with a feather and rests a khaṭvāṅga on his right shoulder, symbolizing tantric realization and spiritual authority. His right hand holds a vajra, representing indestructible wisdom, while his left hand holds a skull cup (kapala), signifying the transformation of opposing forces into spiritual insight.
