This week, we are delighted to feature Green Tara (Droljang) as our Statue of the Week. This Green Tara (Droljang) statue is a remarkable example of refined Himalayan metal artistry. The figure is skillfully crafted with a solid copper body, ensuring strength, balance, and longevity. Over this strong foundation, the statue is enriched with 24K gold gilding and gold electroplating, creating a radiant, luminous presence that beautifully highlights every sculpted detail.
The surface is finished with hand-applied acrylic paintings, carefully layered to achieve the vibrant green complexion and subtle tonal transitions that bring Green Tara’s compassionate expression to life.
