Traditionally Hand-Carved Amitabha Buddha Mudra Statue for Meditation
We created this stunning Amitabha Buddha mudra statue in our studio using a traditional Himalayan carving technique passed down from generation to generation from Nepal. In the statue, the Buddha peacefully sits upon a moon disc lotus with an alms bowl over his lap carried by his two hands while performing the 'Dhyan Mudra,' a characteristic gesture of Amitabha Buddha. His Unisha and monk robe are full of intricate patterns hand carved by our Vajrayan artists over the course of months. The statue is hand-carved out of oxidized copper, providing it with the classic look of antiquity.
This statue's beautiful detailing is sure to capture the eye and add a sense of peace and tranquility to any setting. A perfect addition to your Buddhist Altar and a gift for any devout.
