Traditionally Hand Carved Amitabha Buddha Sculpture Nepal

We have exclusively hand-carved the Amitabha Buddha Sculpture in the traditional Himalayan Art of Nepal. Amitayus is a manifestation of Amitabha, a buddha who claimed to transport his devotees to his Pure Land after death. This statue was crafted using a copper body and gilded with 24k genuine gold. The Buddha is depicted sitting atop a moon disc lotus seat with a tranquil expression that is exquisitely mesmerizing. This statue of the Amitabha Buddha has been masterfully detailed with intricate design patterns over his Kasaya robes and the lotus flower he resides over. The deity holds an alms bowl over his lap, which contains the nectar of immortality.

You can also use this sculpture for gifting purposes and in many other Vajrayana practices.

Amitabha is well-known for his longevity, the accumulation of discernment, pure perception, and the profound awareness of the emptiness of phenomena. According to these scriptures, Amitabha has infinite merit as a result of his good deeds in countless previous lives as a bodhisattva named Dharmakra. Because Amitabha means "Infinite Light" and Amityus means "Infinite Life," Amitabha is also known as "The Buddha of Immeasurable Light and Life."
