Traditionally Handcrafted Amitayus Buddha Statue
We, Vajrayana artists from Kathmandu Valley, have masterfully hand-carved the Amitayus Buddha statue in the traditional Himalayan style. This statue is composed of oxidized copper, and to further enhance its shine and grandeur, it has been beautifully gilded with gold and silver. The Buddha can be seen sitting on a moon disc lotus seat, symbolizing purity and enlightenment. He holds an alms bowl over his lap with his two hands that are placed in the 'Dhyan mudra.' Beautiful gems adorn the Buddha like his five-jeweled crown that represents the five transcendental virtues of wisdom, compassion, generosity, morality, and meditation.
We assure you this brilliant piece's quality and longevity as only the best materials were used. It is a perfect souvenir for any devotee like yourself, can be used for Buddhist rituals, and is a great addition to your Altar.

Amitayus, of the Aparimitagunasamchaya or Amitavyhavat pure world, is usually shown in his apparitional buddha form (sambhogakaya), red in color, wearing a crown and jewels, and holding a long-life vase over two hands in a meditation gesture. A Buddha is said to have three bodies in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition: a form body (nirmanakaya), an apparitional body (sambhogakaya), and an ultimate truth body (sambhogakaya) (dharmakaya).
