This handcrafted Amitayus statue measures 20.5 inches (52 cm) in height with a 14.4-inch (36.5 cm) base and weighs 12.29 kg. Skillfully created by experienced Nepali artisans, the sculpture features a copper body adorned with 24K gold gilding, detailed acrylic painting, and hand-carved gemstone embellishments. Its substantial size, vivid finish, and intricate workmanship make it suitable for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, temples, Dharma centers, or spiritual art collections.
Amitayus is depicted with a red body, seated in the full lotus posture upon an elaborately decorated double-lotus pedestal. Both hands rest together in his lap in the meditation gesture, supporting a long-life vase crowned with a small decorative finial. His serene face is formed with gently lowered eyes, delicately arched brows, a subtle urna, elongated earlobes, and softly painted lips. He wears an elaborate jeweled crown set with colorful gemstone details, while his dark hair rises into a high topknot finished with an ornamental crest. Large circular earrings, layered necklaces, armlets, bracelets, anklets, and a jeweled belt decorate his form. Flowing blue scarves curve outward around his arms and shoulders, while green flame-like ornaments frame the sides of his head. His lower garments are enriched with detailed floral patterns, gold borders, and multicolored painted accents. The broad lotus throne features alternating blue, green, red, and gold petals arranged above a finely engraved base, completing the balanced and richly ornamented composition.
