Traditional Art Of Medicine Buddha Bhaishajyaguru
We are Nepali artists that hand-carved this magnificent Medicine Buddha Bhaishajyaguru Statue using techniques that have been passed down to us through the generations. The statue's exquisite design patterns are highlighted by its skillfully painted acrylic body, 24k pure gold gilding, and an oxidized copper body. We have portrayed the deity with a calm facial expression as he sits on a moon disc lotus seat. He holds a myrobalan plant in his right hand, just off the ground, and an alms bowl in his left. The figurine is one of a kind as we have used an oxidized copper body for molding and gilded the face with genuine gold plus, we have silver plated the robe, bowl, and plant with silver. This gives the statue a stunning finish.
This figurine will be a perfect gift from Nepal to a devotee like you that will aid you in your practices and regular activities such as meditation and yoga.

Medicine Buddha is a Healing deity described as a doctor who cures the suffering of a sentient being. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while emphasizing the need for prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying an alms bowl and medical herbs.
