Hand-Painted Crowned blessing Buddha Sculpture
The Crowned Blessing Buddha Sculpture statue was expertly crafted by Kathmandu Valley artists in the traditional Himalayan Art style in our studio. The deity is portrayed seated atop a moon disc lotus seat with a serene and tranquil look. His left hand is holding an alms bowl, while his right hand is making the mudra of earth-touching. We decorated the deity with crowns and different valuable body ornaments. From the crown to the robe and the lotus seat, the statue is adorned with priceless corals and gemstones. The figurine is molded using copper and later gilded using genuine 24K gold. We have hand-carved intricate design patterns on the statue, especially on the robe using a hammer and chisels. Acrylic paintings are used to highlight the facial attributes of the deity.
This Crowned Historical Buddha Statue will be a perfect gift from Nepal to a practitioner like you that will aid you in your practices and regular activities such as meditation and yoga.

Siddhartha Gautama was born as the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom and nurtured to be a king in line with his royal father's aspirations. However, when he was around 29 years old, he learned about people's tremendous pain in life. He abandoned his palace life and gave up his magnificent robes and gold to uncover the reasons for this anguish and the methods to alleviate it. After nearly six years of study, self-deprivation, and severe concentration, he achieved his aim. He had attained enlightenment (a Buddha). He claimed to have then proceeded to a deer park in Sarnath (Benares), India, on the outskirts of Varanasi.
