Traditionally Hand Carved Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara Sculpture
We have magnificently hand-carved the sculpture of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara in a traditional Himalayan Art of Nepal. We portrayed him sitting on a moon disc lotus seat with a serene expression. He holds the beautifully sculpted crystal rosary and lotus in his upper right and left hands. Similarly, he holds wish-fulfilling gems with his lower hands, mesmerizing the deity's presence. We have used genuine 24k gold to plate the whole statue while we use copper to craft it. The exquisite crown, elegantly embellished with precious gemstones and turquoise, will be a tremendous gift from Nepal to a practitioner like you. We assure you that the materials used to sculpt and carve this art is of high quality and last for many years without any damage and scratches.

Chenrezig epitomizes the bodhisattva's determination to delay attaining Buddhahood until he has assisted every sentient being on Earth in achieving freedom from pain and the cycle of death and rebirth. His name has been translated as "the lord who observes in all directions." The practice of Chenrezig/Avalokiteshvara is encouraged to develop a calm and compassionate heart. Compassion is the root foundation for excelling in the Buddhist path. He listens to the prayers of all sentient beings in times of challenge and difficulty.
