Silver Plated Sculpture of Bodhisattva Vajrasattva
Utilizing the skillset that has been passed down for centuries we have exclusively sculpted this mesmerizing Bodhisattva Vajrasattva Sculpture. In the statue, we have depicted the deity seated peacefully, legs crossed, atop a lotus seat on a moon disc holding a vajra in his right hand and a bell in his left. We have molded the statue using an oxidized copper body. It took us months of work to hand-crave the crown and other ornaments. After the completion of all the details, we have silver-plated the statue.
This statue of Bodhisattva Vajrasattva can be an excellent gift for your meditational shrine.

Vajrasattva is the second patriarch in the Shingon Buddhist lineage, the first being Vairocana Buddha. According to Kukai's writings in Record of the Dharma Transmission, Nagarjuna encountered Vajrasatva in an iron tower in southern India, based on Amoghavajra's testimony. As recounted in the Mahavairocana Sutra, Vajrasatva inducted Nagarjuna into the abhiseka ceremony and entrusted him with the esoteric teachings he had gained from Vairocana Buddha. Kukai doesn't go into detail on Vajrasatva or his beginnings.
