Giant Gold-Gilded Hand-Carved Buddha Guide Sculpture
The Buddha Guide Sculpture was artistically hand-carved in Nepal using traditional Himalayan art. The robe is captivating as we embellished it with stunning turquoise and jewels. Siddartha Gautama, commonly known as Gautama Buddha, is depicted in this Buddhist art sitting serenely atop a moon disc lotus seat. We also added valuable corals and pearls to the lotus seat and the alms bowl he is holding. His right hand is on the ground doing an earth-touching mudra while his left hand is holding an alms bowl. All the intricate patterns on this figurine are hand carved. We used a hammer and small chisels to hand-carve the intricate design patterns. To do delicate carvings, artists must have decades of experience as he has to create intricate design patterns on a small surface area. He has to fulfill every minute detail on the statue based on the traditional iconography in Buddhist scriptures. This statue weighs about 16.07 kg. It took us years of hard work and dedication to mold using copper, then hand-carve patterns and finally gilding with genuine 24K gold. This statue weighs about 16.07 kg.
You may include this artwork in your daily yoga or meditation practices as well as many Buddhist auspicious rites.

Siddhartha Gautama was born as the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom and nurtured to be a king in line with his royal father's aspirations. However, when he was around 29 years old, he learned about people's tremendous pain in life. He abandoned his palace life and gave up his magnificent robes and gold to uncover the reasons for this anguish and the methods to alleviate it. After nearly six years of study, self-deprivation, and severe concentration, he achieved his aim. He had attained enlightenment (a Buddha). He claimed to have then proceeded to a deer park in Sarnath (Benares), India, on the outskirts of Varanasi.
