The statue was made with a copper body and then gilded with 24-karat real gold, emphasizing the intricate design patterns. This piece exudes brilliant luster. The Bodhisattva sits upon a moon disc lotus seat and bears four arms. The first pair are brought together in front of the chest to form the 'Namaskara Mudra,' while the second pair each holds an item like the crystal rosary on his left and an Utpala flower on the right.
