Traditionally Hand-Carved Amitabha Buddha Statue for Your Buddhist Altar
This exquisite piece of Amitabha Buddha Statue employs traditional Himalayan motifs and designs delicately produced in our studio. Amitabha Buddha is depicted sitting in the lotus position in the statue, signifying his enlightenment and separation from the material world. While carrying a begging bowl, which represents his compassion and willingness to assist all beings, his hands are displayed in the mudra of meditation, or 'Dhyan mudra,' which depicts his focus and composure. Over the course of several months, our artists sculpted intricate patterns and motifs onto the statue out of copper before gilding it in gold. The figure is also acrylic painted, enhancing its aesthetics.
It is the perfect keepsake for devout individuals like yourself, suitable for use in Buddhist rituals, and will make a magnificent addition to your altar.

Amitabha is well-known for his longevity, the accumulation of discernment, pure perception, and the profound awareness of the emptiness of phenomena. According to these scriptures, Amitabha has infinite merit due to his good deeds in countless previous lives as a bodhisattva named Dharmakra. Because Amitabha means "Infinite Light" and Amityus means "Infinite Life," Amitabha is also known as "The Buddha of Immeasurable Light and Life."
