Classic Gold-Gilded Seated Green Tara Statue
Handmade in our workshop by accomplished Vajrayana artists, the Green Tara statue is made of copper, painted with acrylic colors, and then gilded in 24K gold, giving it an elegant and vibrant touch. Also, the statue is encrusted with priceless gemstones, which enhances its already stunning appearance. Green Tara, also known as the female bodhisattva of compassion and protection, is depicted in the statue as sitting on a moon disc lotus seat. Her right hand is forming the gesture of granting wishes, or 'Varada mudra' while holding a blue lotus flower. She is also forming the 'Prithvi mudra' with her left hand. The acrylic colors and gemstones add a vibrant and dazzling touch to the statue, representing the bodhisattva's compassionate and transformative qualities.
This piece is an excellent souvenir for any devotee like yourself and can be used in your daily practices and activities of meditation and yoga.

Tara is the savior, the personification of compassion, the one who reaches out and freely replies to everyone who is suffering. Tara is courageous and generous to a fault. Green Tara and White Tara are her most popular incarnations, though she occasionally appears as Red Tara in Dakini form. "Om tare tuttare ture svaha," says Green Tara. White Tara's mantra is "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha," which means "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha."
