Dipankara Buddha: Beacon of Ancient Wisdom and Light

The Handcrafted Dipankara Buddha Oxidized Copper Figurine stands 11.22”/28.5cm tall and 3.54”/9cm at the base, weighing 1.78 kg. The entire statue is made from an oxidized copper body, which emphasizes the detailed carvings and gives the surface a traditional aged appearance. Expert Nepali artisans have carefully handcrafted this sculpture, making it an appropriate addition to Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, or sacred art collections.

Dipankara Buddha is depicted standing upright upon a lotus pedestal. His right hand is raised in the abhaya mudra, a gesture associated with reassurance and freedom from fear, while his lowered left hand displays the varada mudra, representing generosity and the granting of blessings. He wears an elaborate crown, layered necklaces, earrings, and a richly patterned robe draped across his body. His gently lowered eyes and composed expression convey serenity, while the detailed attire and open hand gestures create a dignified representation of Dipankara Buddha.
