This handmade golden Avalokiteshvara statue, also known as the bodhisattva of compassion, measures 18.1 inches (46 cm) in height and 13.4 inches (34 cm) at the base, weighing 9.98 kg. It is made of copper, covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding, and carved with deeply engraved carvings that produce a magnificent 3D-like effect.
