This Handmade Golden Buddha Statue for Altar is a stunning representation of serenity and spiritual enlightenment. Standing at 10.2" tall and weighing 2.41 kg, it is made of copper and has been carefully gilded in 24K gold and acrylic paintings. This Shakyamuni Buddha statue displays the Buddha in the bhumisparsha mudra, with the right hand gently touching the earth—a gesture symbolizing the moment he called the Earth to witness his enlightenment. His left hand holds an alms bowl, representing purity, renunciation, and the serene mind of a fully awakened being. A radiant halo behind his head highlights his enlightened nature and the illumination of wisdom (prajñā). Seated upon a lotus base, the Buddha embodies purity, spiritual awakening, and liberation, rising above all defilements just as the lotus blooms unstained from the mud.
