This Handcrafted Golden Statue of Shakyamuni Buddha also known as Gautama buddha measures 13.0”/33cm in height and 9.4”/24cm at the base, and weighs 3.81 kg. Expertly crafted by skilled Nepalese artisans, it features a copper body adorned with 24K gold gilding and detailed gold and acrylic paintings. This elegant piece is perfect for placement on altars, in meditation spaces, or as a meaningful decorative centerpiece.

In his iconography, Shakyamuni Buddha, known as the "Sage of the Shakya Clan," is portrayed with great grace, emphasizing his origins in the Shakya lineage—where "Muni" means sage. He is depicted seated on a lotus throne atop a moon disc, symbolizing spiritual awakening and inner purity. His right hand extends toward the earth in the Bhumisparsha Mudra, representing the moment of his enlightenment and triumph over illusion. His left hand rests calmly in his lap, holding an alms bowl, a symbol of renunciation, contentment, and detachment from material desires.
