Tibetan Hand-Crafted Copper Statue of Green Tara Art
This beautiful copper statue of Green Tara is sculpted in the traditional century-old Himalayan Art of Nepal. We hand-carved this compassionate deity in our studio in Kathmandu, and our craftsmanship has been passed down to us for generations. We have depicted the deity seated atop a lotus seat with a serene expression. She holds an utpala with both her hand as her left hand is in vitarka mudra and her right hand is making earth touching mudra. The deity is artistically adorned with precious red and blue gemstones on the crown and the ornaments of the Tara. We have molded the statue with a copper body. Intricate design patterns are hand craved on the statue. This took us months and months of hard work and devotion.
You can use this figurine for different Buddhist Rituals and regular practices such as meditation and yoga.

Green Tara is the manifestation from whence all of Tara's other forms emerge, connected with enlightened action and active compassion. Tara is the most revered of the Tibetan Buddhist pantheon's female enlightened deities. She is "the mother of all buddhas" and "she who ferries beings over the ocean of samsara" since she is the embodiment of enlightened love and compassion.
