Invite Compassion and Protection into Your Space with the Green Tara Statue For Green Tara Story
It's an interesting Green Tara Story of how she came to be. According to legend, she was created from a tear that Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, shed while seeing the suffering of sentient beings. Green Tara rose from the lotus that flowered as the tear reached the ground, prepared to help people in need. Her left leg is folded, and her right leg is stretched, signifying that she is ready to spring into action at any time.
With a height of 13.7 inches and a base diameter of 11, this magnificent Green Tara statue weighs 5.62 kg. This statue has a beautiful appearance thanks to its copper body and triple layers of 24K gold gilding, and the delicate acrylic paints give it more depth and complexity. Beautifully hand-carved colorful gemstones showed like lotus and utpala petals and perfectly fitted into the beautifully decorated crown with deep intricated designs. Our artisans have also hammered the chisel from all different sides to give a deeply engraved effect.

Tara is the savior, the personification of compassion, the one who reaches out and freely replies to everyone who is suffering. Tara is courageous and generous to a fault. Green Tara and White Tara are her most popular incarnations, though she occasionally appears as Red Tara in Dakini form. "Om tare tuttare ture svaha," says Green Tara. White Tara's mantra is "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha," which means "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha."
