Finely Handcrafted Statue of Guru Padmasambhava for Rituals and Meditation
This exquisite piece of Guru Padmasambhava sculpture employs traditional Himalayan motifs and designs delicately produced in our studio. This figure is comprised of fine copper that is then triple-layered with genuine gold. The statue was sculpted using a 3D carving effect with multiple layers of carvings. The precious guru is seen majestically sitting on a moon-shaped lotus seat and donning his distinctive lotus cap, which stands for spiritual purity. In his left hand, he holds his iconographic vajra, a ritual object that represents spiritual strength; in his right, he holds a skull vase that contains a jar of immortality. The arc of his right hand is holding his Khatvanga trident, his celestial ally of bliss and emptiness. The statue is full of intricate patterns and motifs that our artists carved out over the course of several months and embellished with precious carved gemstones.
