Guru Rinpcohe, Lotus Born Himalayan Sage measures 37.5 cm (14.8 inches) in height and 22 cm (8.7 inches) in width, with a weight of 3.30 kg. Expertly crafted from a copper, covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding, and carved with deeply engraved carvings that produce a magnificent 3D-like effect. This sculpture, adorned with gemstones, handcrafted by expert Nepalese artisans, elegantly symbolizes Himalayan Buddhism's sacred traditions, making it an appropriate addition to altars, meditation places, or sacred collections.

Guru Rinpoche is represented sitting in a royal posture, presenting confidence and spiritual mastery. His right hand holds a vajra, which represents indestructible power, while his left hand holds a skull cup (kapala) filled with the nectar of wisdom. The khatvanga, a trident ornamented with symbolic components reflecting his tantric attainment and the union of wisdom and compassion, rests on his left shoulder.

Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, miraculously appeared at the age of eight from a blooming lotus in Lake Dhanakosha, fulfilling a prophecy of Shakyamuni Buddha.
