Traditional Himalayan Guru Rinpoche Prayer Statue
The Guru Rinpoche Prayer Statue was exclusively carved in our studio in Nepal with intricate design patterns that were done by the most skilled artists in Nepal. The figure depicts the deity seated atop a moon disc lotus with a semi-wrathful expression as he holds a vase with his left hand, a vajra with his right hand and a tantric staff resting on his shoulder. The three kayas on his tantric staff, which emphasize the intricacies, stand for desire, form, and formlessness. The molding process took our craftsmen months of hard work to carve with intricate design patterns, the process included the Himalayan method of carving with a copper body and gilded with 24k genuine gold over the body. The robes and body ornaments are decorated with numerous gemstones to precisely depict the iconography of the deity.
The magnificent statue of the Guru Rinpoche will be the perfect gift for a practitioner like you from Nepal.

Guru Rinpoche was instrumental in bringing Buddhism to Tibet. He translated a number of Buddhist texts into Tibetan with the help of 25 disciples and 108 translators. The project took a long time to complete but his efforts earned him the title "Vajrayana Buddha." He disproved the public's negative perception of tantra.
