It is made of copper, hand-carved gemstones, 24K gold gilding, acrylic paintings, and other ornaments that capture the deep spiritual meaning of Padmasambhava. Guru Rinpoche is shown as sitting on a lotus throne, signifying his magical birth from a lotus. This stresses his separation from earthly impurities and purity.
