Vajrakilaya appears in a fierce form with three faces, six arms, four legs, and a pair of wings extending behind his body. Each face displays bulging eyes and bared fangs, with the hair rising upward in a fiery arrangement. His forceful stance and surrounding flame aureole create a powerful sense of movement throughout the composition.
