Handcrafted Manjushri Figurine | Manjushri with Sword

The handcrafted Statue of Manjushri stands at 20.9”/53cm (Height) x 14”/35.5cm (Base)
base and weighs 13.84 kg. This statue represents Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, who embodies insight, clarity, and the power to dispel ignorance. The figure is made of copper, covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding, and carved with deeply engraved carvings that produce a magnificent 3D-like effect. This sculpture, handcrafted by expert Nepalese artisans, elegantly symbolizes Himalayan Buddhism's sacred traditions, making it an appropriate addition to altars, meditation places, or sacred collections.

Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, is represented in a seated position with the Dharmachakra mudra, representing the spinning of the Dharma wheel and the transmission of Buddha's wisdom. He carries a blazing sword on his right side, symbolizing his power to cut through ignorance and delusion, and a lotus or sutra on his left side, representing the Buddha's knowledge and the way to enlightenment. His calm and serene countenance indicates his duty as a sympathetic guide in the spiritual journey. The magnificent crown and ornaments underline his Bodhisattva rank and the radiance of wisdom, while the flames around him symbolize wisdom's cleansing power to remove ignorance.

The Bodhisattva of Wisdom, Manjushri, is highly esteemed for his Namasangiti, which fully embodies the Buddha's teachings. In the Vajrayana tradition, the "Namasangiti Tantra" is regarded as one of the most significant books because of its comprehensive description of the Perfection of Wisdom and its exhaustive list of the attributes of the Buddha. The practice of Namasangiti Manjushri is especially respected for its ability to improve comprehension, memory, and eloquence, which in turn helps one become a master of the Dharma.
