Handmade Bodhisattva Lokeshwor Statue | The Guardian of Mercy
The Handmade Bodhisattva Lokeshwor Statue measures 18.5 inches (47 cm) in height and 15 inches (38 cm) at the base. It weighs 8.60 kilograms and is crafted from a copper, covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding, and carved with deeply engraved carvings that produce a magnificent 3D-like effect. This sculpture, adorned with hand-carved gemstones crafted by expert Nepalese artisans, elegantly symbolizes Himalayan Buddhism's sacred traditions and is an appropriate addition to altars, meditation spaces, or sacred collections.
Simhanada Lokeshwor is depicted wearing a five-pointed crown symbolizing enlightened wisdom and compassionate authority. He is shown riding a majestic lion, with his right leg gracefully extended, symbolizing fearless action and the power to overcome obstacles. His right hand is in abhaya mudra, the gesture of protection and reassurance, while his left hand holds a delicate lotus flower upon which rests the prajnaparamita Sutra, the embodiment of transcendent wisdom (prajñā). Behind him shines a radiant green halo, highlighting his awakened presence and compassionate energy.
