Description

Handcrafted Dzambhala Protector Statue: Bestower of Spiritual Abundance

This radiant handmade Dzambhala Protector Statue stands 12.8 inches (32.5 cm) high upon a broad 12-inch (30.5 cm) base and weighs 4.65 kg. Skilled Nepali artisans have sculpted the figure from copper and enriched its surface with luminous 24K gold gilding, detailed acrylic painting, and carefully set gemstones. The golden finish emphasizes the deity’s powerful physique and intricately modeled ornaments, while painted features and gemstone accents add vivid definition to the crown, jewelry, garments, and pedestal. Its generous proportions and substantial presence make it an impressive centerpiece for a Buddhist altar, meditation room, prosperity shrine, or collection of Himalayan sacred sculpture.

Dzambhala is shown with a rounded body and commanding seated posture, wearing an elaborate crown and richly detailed ornaments. His right hand holds a citron fruit, while his left hand carries a jewel-spitting mongoose, one of his most recognizable attributes. The mongoose reflects the release of wealth through generosity and the overcoming of possessiveness. His adorned form and composed expression present abundance as a resource that can support ethical living, compassionate activity, and continued Dharma practice. Revered as a Buddhist guardian associated with prosperity, Dzambhala represents the aspiration to overcome both material hardship and inner poverty.
