Hand-Carved Guru Rinpoche Statue for Spiritual Guidance
This beautifully crafted piece of Guru Rinpoche statue employs traditional Himalayan motifs and designs delicately produced in our studio. The statue is made of high-quality copper that's been triple-layered with real gold to make it shiny. To carve the statue, a 3D carving technique was used, and different layers of grooves were added to create the design. Here, the precious guru is depicted gloriously seated atop a moon disc lotus seat, wearing his signature lotus hat, a symbol of spiritual purity. He holds a vajra, a thunderbolt, in his right hand, a symbol of spiritual power, and a skull vase in his left hand. His Khatvanga trident, his celestial ally of bliss and emptiness, is placed in the arc of his right hand. The statue is embellished with priceless carved gemstones that enhance its attractiveness and blend beautifully with its design.
Since many centuries ago, we have been creating old Vajrayana statues like this one. A perfect addition to your Buddhist Altar and a gift for any devout.

For most Himalayan Buddhists, Guru Rinpoche is the second Buddha, the Buddha of all forms and teachings of enlightenment, focusing on the tantras. Tantra teaches us to initially see our instructors as Guru Rinpoche, just as the Great Way leads us to see our enlightened nature and name it Buddha-nature. Then we view everything as Guru Rinpoche, down to the atoms of our bodies, all beings equally, and every scrap of every blade of grass, every grain of sand. Finally, it is Guru Rinpoche who we realize when we recognize our natural, timeless awareness.
