This sculpture is handcrafted by expert Nepalese artisans, elegantly symbolizes Himalayan Buddhism's sacred traditions, making it an appropriate addition to altars, meditation places, or sacred collections.

Avalokiteshvara is depicted with a serene, compassionate expression and a radiant blue or white body, symbolizing purity and compassion's boundless nature. He sits in the relaxed lotus position (padmasana) atop a double lotus pedestal, symbolizing spiritual purity and detachment from the mundane world. The right hand is extended over the knee in the gesture of supreme generosity (varada mudra), signifying his readiness to help all beings. Two tall lotus stalks rise beside each shoulder and bloom at ear level. The lotus is a central symbol in Avalokiteshvara iconography, representing purity, spiritual awakening, and the blossoming of compassion in the world.
