Himalayan Handmade Artwork of Guru Rinpoche | 24K Gold Gilded Sculpture

This Himalayan artwork of Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, is a stunning representation of traditional craftsmanship. At 9.1 inches in height and weighing 1.70 kg, it is made of copper, covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding, and carved with deeply engraved carvings that produce a magnificent 3D-like effect. This sculpture, handcrafted by expert Nepalese artisans, elegantly symbolizes Himalayan Buddhism's sacred traditions, making it an appropriate addition to altars, meditation places, or sacred collections.

Padmasambhava is seated on a lotus throne, holding a vajra in his right hand and a skull cup carrying the nectar of wisdom immortality in his left hand. A "khatvanga" (sacred trident) with three severed heads leans on his left shoulder, symbolizing freedom from the three principal causes of misery (kayas). His robes are wonderfully molded with exquisite decorations, and his unique cap is topped with an eagle feather.
