Lokeshwor Bodhisattva Statue: An Embodiment of Universal Compassion

Lokeshwor Bodhisattva Statue is a finely handcrafted Buddhist sculpture created by skilled Nepali artisans, measuring 16 inches (40.5cm) in height with a 10 inches (25.5cm) base and weighing 5.85 kg. Crafted from a copper body and richly finished with 24K gold gilding and detailed acrylic painting, this statue reflects the precision and devotion of traditional Himalayan craftsmanship. Its elegant design and refined details make it a meaningful addition to altars, meditation spaces, or spiritual collections, offering a graceful representation of Nepalese sacred artistry.

The sculpture depicts Lokeshwor Bodhisattva seated in a relaxed posture with one leg extended downward and the other folded gracefully across the throne. His right hand is raised near the chest in a gesture of blessing, while his left hand holds the stem of a lotus that rises beside his shoulder. The figure is adorned with an intricately detailed crown, large circular earrings, layered necklaces, and finely carved ornaments across the body. Above his head is an ornate halo and decorative back panel featuring flowing patterns, with a small seated Buddha figure placed at the top of the crown. Two attendant figures stand on either side of Lokeshwor, each wearing detailed garments and ornaments, creating a balanced composition. The statue rests upon an elaborately carved pedestal decorated with floral motifs and intricate patterns, highlighting the exceptional artistry of the sculpture.
