Lokeshwor, also known as Avalokiteshvara or Chenrezig, is the Bodhisattva of Compassion and one of the most revered figures in Mahayana Buddhism. Regarded as the spiritual progenitor of the Dalai Lama, Lokeshwor is invoked through the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum," which is closely associated with his iconic form.
