Traditionally Handcrafted Long Life Female Deity Artwork of Compassionate Healing Deity

Standing 16.7 inches tall with a base width of 11.8 inches, White Tara, often referred to as the Buddha of Long Life, is portrayed in this exquisite artwork, handcrafted in Nepal, with the copper body delicately embellished with triple layers of 24K gold gilding, deeply engraved carving, and intricate acrylic & gold paintings which is designed to radiate tranquility and spiritual protection. It weighs 6.78 kg and is beautifully detailed, symbolizing White Tara, the goddess of protection, healing, and long life.

White Tara, a carefully hand-carved Buddhist deity, rests elegantly cross-legged on a double-petal lotus Seat. Her seven eyes, which represent her caring alertness, make her apart. Aside from the two usual eyes, she has a third eye on her forehead, one on each hand, and one on the soles of her feet. These distinguishing characteristics demonstrate her ability to recognize pain in all dimensions and her willingness to provide assistance and compassion to all beings. Her left hand portrays the 'Varada mudra,' a gesture of generosity. An Utpala flower or a blue lotus can be seen beside her right shoulder, symbolizing her ability to grant wishes and bestow blessings. Beautiful halo have been placed behind the statue, adding to the beauty of this piece.
