Description

Embracing Longevity and Wisdom with a Sacred Long Life Deity White Tara Statue

This handcrafted White Tara statue measures 13.78 inches (35 cm) in height with an 11.8-inch (30 cm) base and weighs 4.5 kg. Skillfully crafted by experienced Nepali artisans, the sculpture features a copper body adorned with luminous 24K gold gilding, detailed acrylic painting, and carefully placed gemstones. Its refined workmanship makes it an elegant addition to Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, temples, or spiritual art collections.

White Tara is depicted seated in the full lotus posture upon an elaborately carved double-lotus pedestal. Her right hand rests gracefully over her knee with the palm open in the gesture of generosity, while her left hand is raised near her heart, delicately holding the stem of a lotus. Two tall lotus blossoms rise beside her shoulders, each surrounded by finely sculpted leaves and curling stems. Her calm face is defined by gently lowered eyes, arched brows, softly painted lips, and a clearly rendered third eye at the center of her forehead. Additional eyes appear on the palms of her hands, reflecting White Tara’s characteristic seven-eyed form. She wears an elaborate jeweled crown decorated with turquoise and red gemstone accents, along with ornate earrings, layered necklaces, armlets, bracelets, and a jeweled waist ornament. Flowing scarves curl outward around her arms and beside her seated form, while her lower garments are enriched with deeply engraved floral and scrolling patterns. The polished gold-gilded surface, colorful painted details, gemstone settings, and carefully modeled lotus base highlight the precision of traditional Nepali metalwork.
