Yogini Machig Labdron Statue, Purely Hand carved and Gilded with 24K Gold.
The yogini Machig Labdron statue is meticulously hand-carved with 24k gold gilded all over the figure by an artist from Kathmandu. With one face, three eyes, and two hands, she is standing in a dancing posture with her right leg bent. Her right hand plays a golden drum in the sky, and her left-hand holds a bell at her hip. Her three eyes gaze into space. Her hair is bound atop her head, the rest flowing free down her back, adorned with a headdress embedded with corals. Her naked body is adorned with bones and precious ornaments with a magnificently crafted burning flame halo behind her. The statue consists of triple-Layered Gold, 3D Embossed Carving with Deep Multi-Layered Engraving, and High-Quality Semi-Precious Hand Carved Stones.

Machig was a self-styled beggar woman and was a distinctive individual for being the Tibetan Woman and the progenitor of a particular tradition. It was a cause for great national pride in Tibet. And she left a tremendous legacy of her teachings.
