Maha Manjushri is depicted with three heads, symbolizing his ability to perfectly see the past, present, and future. Seated in vajrāsana upon a moon disc lotus base, he embodies focused meditation and purity. His multiple hands carry profound symbols: on the right, a flaming sword that cuts through ignorance, the abhaya mudrā for fearlessness, an arrow representing sharp focus, and the varada mudrā granting blessings. He holds a lasso and bow on the left, showing control and mastery. At the same time, one hand combines the vitarka mudrā (teaching gesture) with an utpala (blue lotus) topped by the rajña pāramitā mudrā, representing transcendent wisdom. His top left hand holds a sacred scripture, embodying ultimate knowledge and the perfection of wisdom.
