This Maitreya Buddha statue, standing 18.3” (46.5cm) tall with a base of 11.8” (30cm) and weighing 9.81 kg, depicts the future Buddha seated calmly on a lotus base. Crafted from a copper body, it is adorned with 24K gold gilding, acrylic paintings, and hand-carved gemstones. The statue’s surface features deeply engraved carvings that create a stunning 3D-like effect, adding depth and beauty to its serene and peaceful presence. Maitreya Buddha is shown seated calmly on a lotus base, expressing his future Buddha nature. Both hands are held in the Dharmachakra mudra, symbolising the turning of the wheel of Dharma. A small stupa rests above his head, representing his enlightened destiny. In his right hand, he holds a Dharma Wheel, while his left hand supports a kalasha filled with sacred water of blessings. This form highlights his role as the future Buddha and the embodiment of loving-kindness.

Maitreya Buddha, also known as the Future Buddha, is regarded in Buddhist tradition as the next enlightened being who will appear in this world to renew the Dharma (the Buddha's teachings). He is believed to currently reside in Tushita Heaven, awaiting the time when the teachings of the historical Buddha Shakyamuni have completely faded from human memory.

Consecration Service Available
Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.

Each piece is created with great care and devotion. However, if for any reason you need to return your item, we're here to help.

2. In Case of Customs Return, where the package is returned to us from customs due to incomplete documentation, unresponsiveness, or refusal to accept the parcel by the receiver, we will deduct certain percentage of the order value to cover the international shipping and handling costs.
