Hand-carved Buddhist Manjushri Statue Sword Artwork

We are Nepali sculpting artists with the skills passed down to us for generations and have carved this antique finished statue of Manjushri with the sword in our studio. We molded the body of the wisdom deity in a copper body and gilded it with genuine 24k gold. The deity depicts sitting on a moon disc of a lotus seat with a peaceful expression, holding a sword in his right hand and left hand resting on a lotus seat.

This antique finish statue of Manjushri can be a wonderful gift for a devotee like you.

Manjushri means "very auspicious" in Sanskrit. Manjushri, one of the compassion bodhisattvas, is more famous among Tibetan Buddhists. He, as the Buddha Resplendent, resembles a brilliant sun. Manjushri is a Tibetan name that means "good companion." He also represents the Kadampa Buddhist tradition, recognized by its scholars.
