Handcrafted in Nepal by skilled artisans, it features a copper body enhanced with 24K gold gilding and detailed acrylic painting. Covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding, the sculpture showcases a radiant surface finish, while deeply engraved carvings produce a magnificent 3D-like effect, adding depth and dimension to the robes, lotus pedestal, and decorative elements. Medicine Buddha is depicted seated in the vajra posture (padmasana) with a calm and compassionate expression, embodying the qualities of healing and awakened wisdom. His right hand extends downward in the gesture of supreme generosity (varada mudra), holding the stem of the healing myrobalan plant, while his left hand rests in the meditation gesture (dhyana mudra), supporting a medicinal alms bowl. The figure is adorned with a detailed five-jeweled crown, large earrings, necklaces, and intricate ornaments, creating a refined, enlightened appearance. The sculpture features deeply engraved carvings across the crown, jewelry, robes, and lotus pedestal, with floral and ornamental patterns carefully carved into the surface to create depth and texture.
