Traditional Medicine Buddha Sadhana Sculpture
The Medicine Buddha Sadhana Sculpture has been meticulously crafted in the style of Himalayan art. Here we used copper to mold the body covered in 24-karat pure gold. The statue portrayed the deity holding a stem of a Myrobalan plant in his right hand, which is stretched downward and just barely touches the ground. His left-hand holds an alms bowl over his lap filled with sacred medicinal nectar that removes all afflictions, obstructions, and discomforts. The hand carving on the robe is the main highlight of the deity. It took us months and months of dedication to crave each pattern with a hammer and chisel. To crave the patterns perfectly, one needs to have decades of expertise; otherwise, the lines will not be clear.
You can use this artwork for various purposes, such as in your regular meditational or yoga activities, in different Buddhist rituals, and for home décor things.
