The Medicine Buddha Statue: Buddha of Healing Power stands 24.4 inches tall and weighs 15.35 kg. It is made of oxidized copper and has been adorned with intricate gold and acrylic paintings. The Medicine Buddha is depicted holding an alms bowl in which a healing portion is believed to be found. In his right hand, he carries a myrobalan plant, a medical herb that represents his capacity to heal physical and spiritual illnesses. His right arm has an exquisite carving of one of 8 auspicious symbols (Endless Knot). This symbolizes Samsara, the endless cycle of suffering within Tibetan Buddhism, which includes the chain of birth, death, and rebirth. His tranquil visage and powerful aura exude a sense of deep compassion and serenity, promising protection and well-being to those who seek his blessing.
