Meditation Deity Guru Rinpoche stands 21.7 inches (55 cm) tall with a base measuring 14.2 inches (36 cm), and weighs an impressive 12.40 kilograms, making it a powerful and commanding presence in any sacred space. It is made of copper, covered with a triple layer of 24K gold gilding, and carved with deeply engraved carvings that produce a magnificent 3D-like effect. Handcrafted from a solid copper body, it is richly gilded with 24K gold, radiating a luminous, divine glow that enhances its spiritual significance. The surface is adorned with intricate gold and acrylic paintings, meticulously highlighting the statue's delicate features and symbolic motifs.
Guru Rinpoche is depicted in a regal and meditative posture. He holds a vajra (symbolizing power and compassion) in his right hand and holds a skull-cup containing a vase filled with the nectar of longevity and wisdom in his left hand. The khatvanga, a trident ornamented with symbolic components reflecting his tantric attainment and the union of wisdom and compassion, rests on his left shoulder. This portrayal highlights his role as a protector, teacher, and enlightened being in Vajrayana Buddhism.
