Namgyalma Fire Gold Gilded Statue: Embodiment of Longevity and Purification

Namgyalma Fire Gold Gilded Statue is a finely handcrafted Buddhist sculpture created by skilled Nepali artisans, measuring 11 inches (28cm) in height with a 9.8 inches (25cm) base and weighing 4.57 kg. Crafted from a copper body and adorned with 24K gold gilding, detailed acrylic painting, and gemstone embellishments, this statue reflects the exceptional artistry of traditional Himalayan craftsmanship. Its radiant finish and intricate details make it suitable for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, or spiritual collections.

The sculpture depicts Namgyalma (Ushnishavijaya) in her traditional three-faced and eight-armed form, seated gracefully upon a lotus pedestal surrounded by a beautifully crafted flaming halo. Her central face displays a peaceful expression, while the side faces represent her divine aspects, each carefully detailed with distinct features. She holds various sacred attributes in her multiple hands, including a Buddha figure placed above her crown, a vajra, a bow, an arrow, a vase, and other ritual objects. Her body is adorned with an elaborate crown, earrings, necklaces, armlets, bracelets, and finely carved ornaments, while her flowing garments are decorated with intricate patterns. The gemstone details, gold gilding, and colorful acrylic painting enhance the powerful presence of the deity, and the surrounding flames create a striking visual composition.

Namgyalma (Ushnishavijaya) is a prominent female Buddha, revered in Tibetan Buddhism as one of the three principal deities of longevity, alongside Amitayus and White Tara. She is associated with purification of negative karma, extending life, and preventing untimely death. Often depicted with multiple faces and arms, her practice is believed to grant liberation from lower realms and ensure a favorable rebirth.
