Namgyalma, also known as Ushnisha Vijaya, is one of the three principal long-life deities in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, alongside White Tara and Amitayus. She is said to have manifested from the ushnisha (crown protuberance) of the Buddha and is specifically invoked to extend life and assist in the purification of deep-seated karmic obscurations. Her practice is considered exceptionally powerful for ensuring a favorable rebirth and clearing the path for successful spiritual realization. As a deity of wisdom and longevity, she remains central to many healing rituals and daily recitations across the Himalayan region.
