Namgyalma: The Goddess of Longevity and Purification

Radiating vibrant energy, Namgyalma embodies the essence of long life and purification in this exquisitely handcrafted Buddhist art piece. Standing 32.5cm tall on a 25cm base and weighing 4.74kg, this copper body statue features intricate gold and acrylic painting, offering a deeply spiritual presence for any devotee.

Namgyalma, also known as Ushnishavijaya, is traditionally depicted seated in the vajra posture upon a fully blossomed lotus throne, symbolizing perfect stability and enlightened realization. She is portrayed with three serene faces, representing her all-encompassing wisdom and enlightened awareness in every direction. Her eight arms hold a variety of sacred implements, each expressing an aspect of her enlightened activity. Among her principal attributes are the visva vajra (double vajra), lotus, bow and arrow, vase of longevity, and living vase, while one hand is displayed in the Varada Mudra, the gesture of supreme generosity and blessing. She is richly adorned with a magnificent five-jeweled crown, celestial ornaments, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, armlets, and flowing silk garments that signify her enlightened bodhisattva form. The intricate gold and acrylic painting beautifully accentuate every finely sculpted detail, creating an authentic Himalayan representation of Namgyalma's sacred iconography and compassionate presence.
