Hand-Carved Buddhist Deity Padmasambhava Art
We have hand-craved the Buddhist Padmasambhava Art in our studio using traditional Himalayan art. In the statue, the deity is depicted seated on a lotus with a semi-wrathful expression, holding a vajra in his right hand and a skull vase in his left, with a trident resting on his left shoulder. The figurine is molded using a copper body which is hand carved with intricate design patterns. The copper body is then glided with genuine 24K gold. We have adorned the lotus hat and other body ornaments with precious gemstones. The skillset to handcraft such deities has been passed on for generations. It took us months and months of hard work to complete this piece of art. We assure you that the materials used for the statue are of the highest quality.
This Padmasambhava art will be a tremendous gift for a devotee like you from Nepal.

For most Himalayan Buddhists, Guru Rinpoche is the second Buddha, the Buddha of all forms and teachings of enlightenment, focusing on the tantras. Tantra teaches us to initially see our instructors as Guru Rinpoche, just as the Great Way leads us to see our enlightened nature and name it buddha-nature. Then we view everything as Guru Rinpoche, down to the atoms of our bodies, all beings equally, and every scrap of every blade of grass, every grain of sand. Finally, it is Guru Rinpoche who we realize when we recognize our natural, timeless awareness.
