A powerful Pehar Gyalpo copper statue emerges, embodying profound protective energy. In this depiction, Pehar Gyalpo holds a vajra in his right hand, symbolising unshakable power. His left hand presents a wish-fulfilling jewel set atop a kalasha, representing the overflowing abundance of blessings. He rides dynamically on a horse, expressing swift and protective action. The traditional Nyingma hat identifies its connection to the ancient lineage. His three eyes reveal his all-seeing awareness, and he is encircled by a radiant, flaming halo that signifies awakened energy. The statue is set upon a detailed mountain terrain, emphasising its role as a powerful guardian of sacred spaces.

Pehar Gyalpo is the chief of the five Gyalpo (King) spirits and a prominent Dharma Protector in Tibetan Buddhism. Originally a local deity of Tagtse in Kham, he was brought to Samye Monastery by Padmasambhava in the 8th century and sworn to protect the Dharma. He is often depicted with three faces, six arms, and riding a white lion, signifying his vast power and commitment to guarding spiritual practitioners and teachings.
